Oakshire Roads

As you are probably aware, this year's road repairs have been completed,
so I have deleted the previous entries here, as they are no longer
relevant.

Next year we will re-evaluate the road condition and decide what further
repairs are necessary. If their condition is satisfactory, we will allow
the repair fund to grow so there is enough for the next resurfacing
project.
